GreenCape and Food SA is set to host a Sustainable Water Use Workshop for the Food and Beverage Industry on Friday, 23 March 2018 from 10h00 – 13h00. The event is aimed at SMME’s within the food and beverage sector interested in identifying sustainable water use opportunities amidst the water crisis.
The interactive workshop will address: the drought status; water-use reduction and its effect on audits, processes and procedures, and; sustainable water use solutions. In addition, case studies of Western Cape Food and Beverage companies’ that have implemented water-saving measures will be shared.
