Nampower is looking for Independent Power Producers to develop 3 x 10MW Solar PV Project

TENDER NO.: NPWR/2013/46  CLOSE: 25 September 2013 at 12h00 COST: 0.00 (free) The Bid Administrator invites documented responses from companies or joint ventures that can undertake and have suitable experience in the development of similar projects. The documented responses will contain information on the basis of which Respondents will be pre-qualified for the further participation in the Project as potential Project Sponsors to develop the Project as Independent Power Producers (IPPs).  The responses received from Respondents to this invitation will be evaluated by the Bid Administrator on the basis of the Respondents meeting the necessary financial, legal, technical, management expertise, project references, insurability, compliance, quality assurance, time frame and other requirements as detailed in this questionnaire.  Only parties that submitted responses to this invitation will be considered eligible to further participation in the Project.  No clarification meetings shall be held at this stage of the procurement process.   DETAILS OF HOW TO COLLECT THE TENDER: Please download the document from the link below after completing a form when prompted.  Solar project – pre-qualification document   DETAILS OF HOW TO SUBMIT THE TENDER: The Respondent is required to submit one original, one photocopy set and one CD/DVD ROM of the fully completed Pre-qualifi cation Documents in a sealed envelope marked “Pre-Qualifi cation of Project Sponsors and Request for Information: 3 x 10MW Solar PV Project: NPWR/2013/46” and addressed to the Bid Administrator.
